What do I need to receive a pallet of pellets?
A pallet is heavy, so you need level, hard standing at the delivery point and someone to receive it. It is delivered on a pallet by tail-lift vehicle and left at the nearest safe point; you will need to move the bags yourself.
How should I store my fuel?
Keep it off the ground and under cover, with air able to move around it. A shed, a log store or a covered stack all work. Keep bagged fuel indoors or well covered, and away from damp.
